We're a small team, not an agency with a bench to fill.
That's not a size boast. It changes what the work optimises for.
An agency's incentive is to close tickets and keep the retainer running. Ours is to build something we can walk away from — a client who still needs us in two years is one we didn't do right by. Engagements end with the documentation, a system your team runs themselves, and the reasoning behind every call we made.
We also say no. If the honest answer is that you don't need us for this, or that the thing you're asking for is a bad idea, that's the answer you'll get. It's cheaper for everyone than finding out later.
Anyone can stand up a server. The harder part is spotting the decision that will hurt in a year, saying so in plain terms, and building something that survives the company growing around it.
That's the part we're actually good at.
