Techne Summit We'll be in Alexandria, 3–5 October. We've set aside a few free two-hour calls for people we meet there — bring an infrastructure problem and we'll tell you what we'd do about it. The details →
Taking on new work Infrastructure & Platform Engineering

Drift-resistant, cost-efficient infrastructure.

That means every change goes through code — no hand-built servers nobody can reproduce — and capacity that follows real demand instead of a padded guess. We add the automation that keeps a single failure from becoming an outage, and build the whole thing so your team can run it without us.

Infrastructure debt carries a measurable business cost.

Independent research consistently links under-managed infrastructure to diverted investment, wasted spend, and market impact.

10–20% Of new-product technology budgets diverted to resolving technical debt McKinsey & Company
29% Of cloud spend estimated as waste, largely from idle or over-provisioned resources Flexera, 2026 State of the Cloud Report
3.4% Average share-price decline following a single unplanned outage Splunk & Oxford Economics, 2026

The standards we hold on every engagement.

A set of working principles we don't compromise on.

Every change goes through code

No hand-built servers, no undocumented tweaks. If it's running, it's in a repo — reviewed, versioned, and yours to keep.

Efficient, direct communication

Clear, written answers — not a deck, and not a meeting that could have been an email.

We'll say no when that's the honest answer

If you don't need us, or the idea's a bad one, that's what you'll hear — before it costs you anything.

What we
use

We work mostly in Google Cloud and AWS, and on-prem when that's what makes sense. Everything we build is defined in code, so it can be rebuilt, reviewed, and handed over. For AI work the same habit matters more, not less: a reserved GPU costs the same idle as it does training, so we build capacity that comes and goes with the work. The tools below are those we use most often; the choice on any engagement is driven by what it requires.

Platforms
GCP AWS On-Premise GPU / AI
Automation & Orchestration
Infrastructure as Code Kubernetes CI/CD Automation
Security & Operations
Zero-Trust Access Observability Cost Optimization

Mostly for teams running a product that people pay for.
